If you experience problems paying with a credit- or debit card when you try to join, please try one of our alternative billers here https://www.groobysupport.com/en/knowledgebase/article/i-want-to-join-using-a-different-biller



Common issues:
  • Card Denied Message
    • Please verify that you have entered your payment details correctly
    • Please make sure you have enough funds in your account for the full charge
    • If you have had payment disputes on this card before, the processor is blocking your card. You may try to pay through Epoch/Paypal, or a different card. 
  • Cannot process transaction
    • Our main card processor does not accept gift cards, Amex, JCB, Dinners and some prepaid cards, please try to pay through Epoch/Paypal
    • Your card issuer may be experiencing problems, please try again later, or use a different card
    • If your card issuer requires 3DS Secure / 2 Factor authentication you may need to complete the 2 factor authentication required by your card issuer
    • Your card may have a default block on overseas purchases, please enable overseas purchases in your online banking/card app
    • Your card may have a default block on adult content, please enable adult purchases in your online banking/card app
    • German cards - we can't accept SEPA payments.
  • Prepaid VISA
    • Please pay through Epoch (you do not need a PayPal account to pay through Epoch)
