The Website Is Logging Me Out
If you are being logged out of the website:
Happening often and randomly:
- Are you using a third party download manager/-accelerator/website spider?
- Please turn it off as we do not support these, it may be opening too many connections at the same time
- Do you have too many downloads going at the same time?
- Reduce the number of downloads.
If it happens when you access a specific scene:
- Do you have too many tabs open with streaming content?
- Close the browser tabs you are not watching, each tab may be opening a connection to our servers.
- Please contact us here on Grooby Support, include the site this is happening on, and the scene Title or URL (you can copy this from the Address bar in your browser), and we will look into it.
